EAACI Hybrid Congress 2022 is the world’s largest congress specializing in the field of allergy and clinical immunology.
Identifying the specific IgE of an allergy is crucial for an accurate diagnosis. When the patient's IgE values are too high, they may not be diagnosed accurately, therefore diluting testing serum is a common practice in allergy testing. Even when serum is diluted to 1:32; the NOVEOS system from HYCOR can accurately select specific IgE. This could be great news for assessing the evolution of biological sensitization.
